We use the most advanced technology to decompose the end-of-life tyres into its components with no negative impact on our ecosystem. We then return the valuable materials they contain into the circular economy.
At Lagedo, we are now on the look for a Sales Manager with the following qualifications.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Managing and developing all sales-related activities and related processes,
* Developing sales strategies and creating action plans in line with company policies,
* Establishing and managing budget targets,
* Managing the after-sales processes in line with company criteria,
* Managing relations with customers, ensuring high quality service,
* Ensuring coordination and cooperation between the sales department and other departments,
* Planning and realization of necessary actions in business results,
* Motivating the sales team and following the training/development plans,
* Making sure that his/her team members understand the company's mission, vision, culture and values ?
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
We are looking for a SALES MANAGER who,
has a relevant educational background and qualification
has at least 3 years of management experience,
is fluent in English,
has strong leadership, communication, planning and organizational skills,
is experienced in team management and coaching,
is analytical and well-versed in financials,
is dynamic, innovative, result oriented, highly motivated, and is good at teamwork,
is successful in human relations, and is presentable,
will provide the necessary guidance, follow-up, training and coordination for the team to achieve sales targets.
is proficient in using Ms Office programs,
has no domestic and international travel restrictions,
has completed military service (applicable to male candidates).
