We are helping process industries; better manage plants through intelligent control systems, measurement instruments, valves and industry expertise.

For our sales team inANKARA, we are looking for SALES PEOPLE for our Instrumentation, Signal Conditioning and MechanicalBranch, reporting to Area Sales Managers.


The Candidates Should Have:

  • Engineering or Associate degree, preferably in Mechanical/Electric & Electronics/Metallurgical and Material/Mechatronics,
  • Fluency in English and computer literacy,
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Organized and a self driven, proactive personality, a team player,
  • Willingness and having no restrictions for traveling,


Job Description For The Position

  • Responsible to achieve Sales, Bookings and Gross Profit targets for all product lines
  • Actively visits customers to promote the assigned product lines, entire product portfolio and services (maintaining customer base).
  • Seeks new opportunities in sales of assigned products to new customers (customer acquisition).
  • Hold technical presentations for customers and take active participation during the Product Demonstrations.
  • Negotiates with Customer Business Contracts within the agreed Delegation of Authority including discount, price and volume structures.
  • Actively keeps up to date a complete definition of the customer organization (customer database).
  • Maximizes both “face-to-face time” and other communication possibilities (telephone, e-mail, etc.) with customers.
  • Maintains close relationship with product managers and relevant divisional manager.
  • Supports Customers by telephone, e-mail and other communication possibilities.
  • Advises customers on technical solutions and benefits.
  • Visit customers to support sales initiatives.
  • Create sales reports and about new business lines periodically for management.
