Qualifications:
- University degree or higher diploma
- Proficiency in English, Other languages are a plus (French, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, German..)
- Minimum 1 year experience in health tourism such as dental, plastic surgery, and hair transplant or eager to learn about health tourism
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes
- Able to react effectively in emergencies
- Problem Solving Skills
- Good planning and task assignment skills
- Excellent negotiation skills: superior listening, verbal & written communication
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about our clinic and services
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about their treatment process
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements & close sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota & faciliate future sales
- Attend medical appointments with patients during consultation, procedure, check up and provide translation when necessary
- Maintain regular dialogue with patients prior to arrival, while they are in Turkey and after they go back to their countries
