QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Mission:

Our Company is seeking for a Sales Representative to present and sell “Building maintenance and services” to owners and Property Managers; He will be also in contact with the Real Estate Agency Directors to present services, answer questions, discuss pricing and negotiating contracts of established buildings or under construction projects. In order to be successful in this role, He will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics and also superb interpersonal skills and a big knowledge of the Building Technical systems and all its related services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Generating leads.

· Identify, qualify and close business opportunities in the Company coverage area

· Meeting or exceeding sales goals of the Company.

· Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

· Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

· Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

· Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

· Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

· Understanding and promoting company programs.

· Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

· Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

· Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote services.

· Maintaining client records.

· Answering client questions about credit terms, prices and Services availability.

· Determine customer needs

· Develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company service offerings.

· Submit all required sales reports, expenses, competitive activity and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.

Skills

· Experience in sales.

· Big knowledge of the Building Technical Systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing …) and all the related General Services (Housekeeping, Gardening …)

· Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

· A commitment to excellent customer service.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients and the Company

· Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

· Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.

· Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.

Experience:

At least 3 years in Building Services and Property Management

English, Turkish, Arabic
