Sales and Customer Experience Specialist

We have a rarely available opportunity for a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to strengthen our Sales team.
The Role
Develops and maintains sustainable, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to increase revenue as well as will lay the groundwork for an exceptional customer experience.
- Key Tasks
- Facilitate new leads and obtain orders in line with personal and sales team goals and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage the entire process from generating the leads all the way through closing the sale and following up.
- Update quotes and work with customers to maximize usefulness of our solutions in their process.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers on regular basis and provide update report to upper management.
- Collaborate with customers and potential customers to fully understand their needs, wants, concerns, satisfactions, and expectations by seeking information and opinions.
- Collaborate with purchasing department to coordinate/expedite special orders.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Morpack solutions and products and capabilities to align with customer’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with back-office to provide samples, track shipments, address any queries customer might have regarding products/shipment etc.
- Manage internal and customer complaints and assure appropriate corrective actions.
- Utilize CRM, relationships, prospect lists and other avenues to find new customer opportunities.
- Provide quality control of product storage and delivery. Address issues with warehouse, delivery, sales staff, or customers as needed.
The Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least three years’ experience in sales roles preferably within the packaging and/or e-commerce industries.
- Experience with CRM software
- Proficient with MS Office Products
- Organized, approachable, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Confident and outgoing manner, comfortable in forging new relationships / new customers
- Good command of English.
