QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Description

As an Account Manager on the Mid-Market sales team, you will identify, source, and close good-fit prospects. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads and driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline, while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work towards DressBest's mission.

As an Account Manager at DressBest, you use inbound selling strategies to find new business in the European Market and help them achieve their CX-Customer Experience goals. You benefit from inbound leads and partner with Business Development Reps to research prospects and create outreach strategies. You run online meetings to successfully sell the DressBest value proposition. Your target clients will largely consist of -- but will not be limited to -- small and mid-sized businesses. This role will be based in our Turkey office or Remotely in the UK

In this role, you will:

  • Quickly identify challenges that our prospective customers face and discover the best uniform solutions for their business
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at mid-sized companies
  • Work collaboratively with DressBest
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how DressBest can contribute to their CX-Customer Experience
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound, outbound, and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if DressBest uniform solutions can be a strategic investment for their business
  • Consistently close business with new customers at above quota level
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Align with DressBest marketing department to execute inbound sales strategy effectively
  • Work closely with merchandisers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Key Qualifications

  • +3 years of Closing Sales experience as a Junior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Territory Account Manager
  • Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota)
  • Hunting mentality and track record of winning net new customers
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
  • Trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method
  • Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly, and monthly activities will help achieve the
  • Project management skill
  • Ability to build rappor
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
  • Time Management Skills
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Microsoft and HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Adaptable to new selling technologies and methodologies.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English
