QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:

  • Identifying and establishing new business
  • Organizing sales visits and webinars
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and meetings
  • Giving demonstrations, training, and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services
  • Writing reports and sales literature
  • Liaising with existing clients
  • Preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations
  • Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions
  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
  • Supporting other members of the sales and order handling team
  • Take responsibility in order/project execution (product configuration, testing, site services, data engineering, customer training etc.)
  • Following up orders and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Following up customer payments


Qualifications:

  • University degree in electrical engineering, electronics / communications / control-automation engineering or in a related field
  • Good command of English and Turkish
  • Communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients – and relay this to colleagues
  • Self-directed learning, research and analytical skills
  • Organizational skills
  • The ability to negotiate with and influence others
  • Teamworking skills
  • Sales skills
  • Result oriented
  • Punctuality
  • Familiarity to Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Availability to travel and having a valid B class driving license
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Previous job experience is a plus (especially in a similar position; electricity/gas/heat metering; M2M communications; dealing with industrial and/or utility companies)
