QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a self motivated and ambitious Female receptionist and secretary to join our team in Navmarine Group, where we provide innovative and collaborative work environment for all our team members.

Main Requirements/Qualifications:

- Good manners and etiquette.
- High professionalism and punctuality.
- Fluent English Speaker, any additional language is a bonus.
- Previous experience in relative positions.
- Ability to work in teams and individually.
- Problem solving skills, fast learning

Job related tasks:

- Greet guests and customers, with hospitality and care.

- Ensure that files and documents are archived in a highly organized manner

- Organizing flight, hotel and meeting reservations

- Follow up on the daily management schedule and make a daily or weekly agenda

- Assisting the administration and departments in tasks when required

- Answering phone calls and transferring them to the concerned department

- Monitor the company's email and forward as required.

- Arranging post, office stationery and supplies purchases.

Job advantages:

Business hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Two days weekend, Saturday and Sunday.

Paid time off for Bank and Public holidays.

Food card (lunch meal allowance)

Salary between 5000 and 6000 TL (to be determined after the interview)

Full Salary SGK.
