The Security Team Leader is responsible for the physical security and emergency management in the location.
Managing physical security & emergencies in terms of Bosch internal directives and in accordance with relevant Turkish Law requirements in the location.
Composing the Company Emergency and Civil Defense plans.
Taking the coordination responsibility with entire departments in means of emergency management; Emergency Management teams, planning required trainings etc.
Also coordination/ relationship with Governmental Agencies such as AFAD, Local Police & Fire departments
Leading Fire Brigade in case of any emergency/crisis situation in the Plant.
Qualifications
Finished university study or comparable qualification
Knowledge of legal requirements relevant Security, Emergency & Fire Management
Competent at physical security and fire prevention, fire fighting
Structured, systematic way of working
Good communication skills (team player, sharing know-how and results with colleagues)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
Willingness and ability to take responsibility and apply own initiative to find solutions
Result oriented, methodical and pro-active attitude
