QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are an e-commerce company based in Europe and the US. Today we have 4 brands and 4 online stores which sell & deliver globally. We are looking for new team members for our Turkey office who help us to support daily customer operations and business development.
- Listening to customer demands and presenting the appropriate solutions by negotiating with the relevant teams.
- Establishing operational processes and procedures to increase customer experience
- Analyzing operation time and cost performances and making improvement studies
- Customer feedback and complaints coming from various sources (social media, support emails, etc.) and carrying out process improvement studies
- Providing support when necessary by communicating with the call center for the resolution of incoming customer complaints
- Coordination with relevant teams to solve logistics and customer problems
- Tracking country-store-warehouse-based order entries and exits and providing solution support in case of failure.
- Keeping the FAQ areas on the site up to date
- Creating and analyzing periodic performance reports
- Providing support when necessary in communication with country e-commerce experts during operation processes
- (Business Development) Searching and communicating for B2B partnerships.
