QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Seller Business Solutions Assistant Manager to join our team!

Objectives:

  • Ownership of Revenue KPIs and will plan and execute monetization initiatives that will encourage and motivate experts to engage with Marketplace platform.
  • Develop the best tools for management, optimization, visualization, and operation with an internal team of experts.
  • Develop a monetization strategy, starting from a data-driven idea, then implementing it creatively, testing it, and then analyzing it. Work closely with the product team, creative team, and data team in the development of all communication channels and launch of campaigns.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic plan not just for the marketplace, but also for the relationship between the marketplace and the offline stores.
  • Identify and manage technology features that will facilitate platform monetization.
  • Work with external vendors and retailers to identify integration opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with finance, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Define goals, drive business performance, and provide performance feedback.
  • Make major decisions within a fast-changing business environment.

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and influence skills.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience.
  • The ability to run/manage a business line in a marketplace will be advantageous
  • Strategic thinking along with solid execution skills.
  • Knowledge of technology and digitization, and how it will continue to transform the retail and financial landscape.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, preferably managerial.
  • Proven analytical competencies, data-oriented and comfortable with presenting data.
  • Strong self-learning and analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to generate, manipulate and read data and transform it into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, focus on consumer behavior.
