Qualifications:

a. University degree (Accounting, Finance ); Masters is a plus

b. Good English is a must, both spoken and written

c. Excellent computer skills, Excel, Word, Power Point...

Financial Accounting & Finance:

a. Properly control, classify, and account for all TB accounts.

b. Supervise and control the work quality and efficiency of accountants.

c. Prepare local treasury operations including cash management forex transactions.

d. Set up and renew bank relationships and credit facilities.

e. Regulate Costs and Expenses including bank charges.

f. Achieve negotiating insurance policies including credit insurance.

g. Assist in collections and achieve monthly collection targets.

h. Co-manage all files related to bad debts and recovery process.

i. Prepare customer receivables including the establishment of customer credit limits, and ensure customer KYC’s are kept up-to-date.

j. Prepare customer collections, bounced checks; and take ownership of collection targets.

k. Arrange the external accountant file and reconciliation of financial statements with external accountant.

Legal Affairs; Government Relations; Licensing and Taxation:

a. Arrange the NSSF file.

b. Prepare VAT and other taxation accounts

Planning & Internal Control:

a. Prepare stock control and communicate the needed information with the financial manager.
