What about the role?

Job holder will be responsible from the life cycle planning of business applications through the phases of strategize, architect, select, deploy, operate, evolve, and retire.


What you will be doing?

  • Maintain relationships with third party vendor support teams (if necessary) to ensure quick resolution to incidents, upgrades and software changes.
  • Ensures that deployed releases and the resulting services meet customer expectations and verifies that IT operations can support the new service.
  • Continuously look to improve both application and service through process review.
  • Coordinate Level 2 and Level 3 support to ensure the service meets the minimum quality levels


What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of experience in IT operation, preferably in an FMCG company
  • Energetic, proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and organization; tenacity to execute flawlessly
  • Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues, evaluate options and drive to resolution and good understanding of business operations
  • Strong communication skills with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Fundamental knowledge about ITIL is a plus
  • Highly motivated team player and contributor who believes in continuous learning and improvement
