Anatolia Tile + Stone is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – SAP FI/CO. QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

What you need is…

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Computer Sciences or a related/applicable field
  • 5 years’ experience working with SAP, specifically FICO modules in a similar work environment
  • Experience working on an SAP implementation team – specifically handling the CO module of the implementation,
  • Demonstrated experience and ability working with complex information as related to analysis, problem solving, and reasoning to provide substantial opportunity for planning and intellectual challenge,
  • Demonstrated accountability for quality, accuracy and adherence to work instructions. Receiving nominal direction regarding work responsibilities, discretion, and judgement must be exercised in translating broad organizational goals into specific objectives,
  • Oversight demands are very complex and has a high degree of challenge including providing direction with general instructions. Demonstrated ability to deliver recommendations on significant policies,
  • Demonstrated understanding that work contributions has a wide-ranging influence on the organizations operations as decisions have a major impact on operations,
  • Demonstrated ability to apply a high degree of creativity or innovation in carrying out duties,
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments across the organization while maintaining confidentiality and requires diplomacy to avoid conflict,
  • Common courtesy is involved when interacting with internal or external customers, as work involves handling customer complaints in a professional manner,
  • Understanding that work efforts may have a minor impact on the employer brand and public reputation and as such ensure that behaviour and communications shall be professional and accurate at all times,
  • Detail oriented and able to work both independently as well as collaborate with functional, business user and external 3rd party teams,
  • Excellent customer service, written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong problem solving and business analysis skills and experience, including functional decomposition, requirements gathering and process modelling.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for designing the information system for Controlling module and integration with all related modules,
  • Configure Product Cost Planning – standard cost calculation, price update mark and release, Costing run,
  • Configure and maintain actual costing - Material Ledger – monitor recording of business transactions, period end closing activities, cost analysis purchased materials,
  • Configure and maintain actual costing trade materials – PO validation, Info records, FOB and freight costs, inbound posting flow,
  • Configure and maintain actual costing manufacturing – WIP, Settlement, Production order analysis, production order variance reports,
  • Maintain the material master – Create and display material master accounting views and important fields for costing, maintain standard cost estimate valuation area control table,
  • Configure automatic account determination for material movement types,
  • Define functional specifications for Product costing requirements,
  • Cost centers configuration and maintenance of cost centers,
  • Responsible for configuration to support meaningful COPA reports and profitability analysis,
  • Responsible for the Yearly Standard Cost Budget Process and quarterly updated projections,
  • Assist with actual cost Calculation and period-end close activities,
  • Responsible to provide training, guidance and issue resolution for relevant fields,
  • Test and validate new solutions related to SAP CO module,
  • Test and Implementation of Cost Accounting reports and developments,
  • Prepare and deliver training to end users.
