QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibility
- Works in accordance with provided safety and work routines
- Ensures that Axalta policies and principles are followed regarding SHE, ethics, and quality
- Responsible for work being aligned with the company's goals regarding productivity, quality, work environment and external environment
- Provides technical support and handles daily tasks together with other team member
- Follows guidance provided by Laboratory Leader
- Prioritizes development of various types of requests to ensure timely delivery to customer.
- Leads projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master of Science degree or appropriate work experience
- Advance computer skills (Office, SAP, Salesforce, TIPS)
- Strong track record of delivering results
- Knowledge of powder coating chemistry
- Good command of English- both spoken and written,
- Familiar with laboratory environment, procedures, and practices
- Experience of leading other people/teams preferred – able to motivate and lead people, build teams, define, and communicate priorities and achieve results.
- Networking – able to interact effectively across functions, businesses, and regions.
- Interpersonal Sensitivity and Skill – able to understand others’ perspectives
- Data analysis skills – to analyze trends
- Experience of Six Sigma would be an advantage
