What You Will Do:
- Maintain employee safety standards including adequate use of proper personal protective equipment
- Align with supply chain,procurement, regulatory affairs and marketing divisions
- Support on formulation clean-up cross-divisional in internal data bases for different locations within the IMEA region
- Set ups, operates, and monitors equipment to mix laboratory and pilot scale batches for production transfer processes or established products
- Conduct variety of (non-) routine laboratory operations, e.g. lab batches, performance tests, stability tests, storage tests, quality control etc.
- Execute Admin work in internal systems and specification implementation;
- Effectively communicate project-related information
- Maintain chemical and packaging inventory, a clean and safe workplace by following cleaning and housekeeping standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology or related discipline
- Several years of experience working in an R&D and/or process environment
- Experience in performing laboratory tests independently
- Excellent time management, organization and data analysis
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must, other languages are beneficial

- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Team orientated
- Excellent collaboration skills in international environment
