We are looking for ‘Senior Accounting Specialist’ for our global client.


Job Description

  • Assist the financial reporting, maintenance, account reconciliation and analysis of the general ledger and books of original entry, and the maintenance and documentation of internal accounting controls,
  • Assist month-end closing accounting activities,
  • Analyze and verify internal consistency, completeness and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents; make adjustments, as necessary,
  • Assign prescribed accounting distribution codes,
  • Perform account reconciliation; troubleshoot and analyze discrepancies,
  • Assemble, analyze and audit various accounts,
  • May assist in preparing, adjusting and closing journal entries,
  • Develop contacts outside immediate work area for such purposes as obtaining, verifying or providing information concerning accounting documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Accounting/ Controlling/ Finance / Economics,
  • 2-3 years experience in similar role and having an audit experience in the past,
  • Good analytical skills,
  • Intermediate level of English,
  • Strong command in applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite (Sheet, Docs, Slides, etc), HFM, Fair knowledge on Complex ERP packages like Oracle/SAP, SOX experience (Nice to have),
  • High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Good organization and attention to detail.
