QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
This role’s main responsibility is providing key insights for strategies , deep dive analyses , improving analytics and reports to sales and marketing departments in order to support their business decisions
Taking ownership of business intelligence platform integration and transformation.
Conduct deep-dive, ad-hoc and routine analyses to clarify business requirements
Partner with technical and non-technical colleagues to understand data and reporting requirements
Move existing dashboards and reports to BI platform and work closely with all departments to help them to learn BI platform and create their own reports
Develop and maintain dashboards/reports using Tableau and support analytics team with ad-hoc analyses
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in MIS, BA , statistics, information technology, or a similar field
4+ years of work experience analyzing data and reporting on business KPIs in data warehousing environments
Strong SQL and data profiling skills
Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc
Experience in Python or R is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication and coordination skills, and ability to synthesize technical information for a business audience
High analytical thinking and result orientation
