For our plant in Gebze we are searching for new ambitious candidate who develop vehicle air conditioning and cooling sub systems of domestic and foreign customers for existing or new projects, managing cost reduction, quality improvement and other life cycle management activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design and report related air conditioning and cooling parts, of existing and new vehicle projects, in accordance with DENSO standards, legal obligations, quality, cost and projects timeline,
• Create technical solutions timely for customer requirements and quality improvement items of existing and new vehicle projects, follow up and ensure implementation of them,
• Provide and coordinate the creation of 3D models and technical drawings of the relevant part,
• Ensure the coordination between internal/external units and provider/supplier companies.

• QUALIFICATIONS
  

• BS or MS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Aeronautical, Material),
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive product development and plastic part design. Vehicle air conditioning and cooling systems product development and / or plastic injection molding experience will be an asset,
• 3 D product design experience and qualified knowledge in utilization of SIEMENS NX and CATIA design programs as well as Team Center PLM system,
• Competent in preparing DFMEA,
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, Italian will be an asset.
• Qualified knowledge and practical experience in MS-Office applications,
• Ability to solve problems with an analytical and kaizen mindset
• Good interpersonal skills, willing to work co-operatively in a multinational operating organization,
• High level of personal responsibility, hardworking and able to self-manage and take initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills,
• No travel obstacles & no military obligation (only for male candidates)
• Residence in İstanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli - Gebze.
