QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electric, Electric & Electronic, Control Engineering
- Minimum 6 years preventive & predictive maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Experienced in PLC systems, automation and control systems, AC & DC motors and drivers.
- Being a familiar with Rockwell & Allen-Bradley Automation System is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Flexibility, creativity, analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Conceptual thinking & eagerness to learn
- Completed military service for male applicants
- Residence in Izmit
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carrying out planned & breakdown maintenance activities
- Management of preventive & predictive maintenance activities
- Continuously monitor and analyze relevant maintenance performance data controlling
- Leading TPM, lean manufacturing & plant optimization activities
- Plan and lead the work of contractors and suppliers
- Maintenance team management
- Continuous improvement on reliability activities
- Support other teams such as safety, quality, production
- Taking actions and making root cause analysis for breakdowns
- Spare part management
- Maintenance cost management
- Maintenance skill enhancement
- Lead and support new capital investment projects
