Job Description
- Leading and managing the ERP Transformation Projects. Plays a key role in ERP Transformation Project and the change demand process, maintains the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Ensuring that projects are carried out smoothly and completely in accordance with time, cost and quality constraints.
- Reviewing all development projects to ensure quality, reliability, availability, effectiveness and ROI
- Managing and sustaining all ERP and Business Applications of all business processes.( ERP, Business Applications, BPM)
- Initiates and leads corporate transformations projects and programs with a hands-on management with innovative business solutions.
- Determining technical and operational requirements collaborating with IT business partners, ERP key users, unit managers and technical consultants,
- Identifying and realizing opportunities that will increase productivity and added value for Enterprise Applications business processes, architecture and technical operations,
- Executing/Coordinating process improvement initiatives on ERP and Business Applications.
- Developing technical and operational scope, objectives, plans for ERP and Business Applications projects,
- Managing and coordinating support, development and training for ERP and Business Applications. Ensuring that Dogadan receive accurate and timely support in continuous communication with teams and the suppliers.
- Analyzing processes in her/his responsibility from the perspective of continuous improvement in order to increase the efficiency of the operational processes of the company.
- Following definitions, authorizations and updates on ERP and Business Applications,
- Translating business needs, project management, monitoring service delivery and business satisfaction, providing continuous improvement.
- Act as a connection between third party solution providers and business units, working closely with both to advance new features, innovative technology to deliver enhanced functionality and capability
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate ERP operations and has accountability for the successful delivery of new and existing IT initiatives,
- Undertake project management of projects related to ERP and Business Applications. (Receiving project request, creating RFP, receiving bids, managing project),
- Supporting digital transformation of the company.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or similar engineering departments of universities
- 4-5 years of experience on ERP systems design, implementation and project management,
- Technical expertise in ERP systems (mainly in MS Dynamics 365),
- Experience in managing ERP projects involving vendors, consultants, key users and unit managers,
- Experience in software development cycle, testing and implementation processes.
- Leadership and Team Management skills.

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving mindset
- Advanced level of English
- Able to work in Ankara
