Job Description
Looking for a senior full stack developer with the potential to lead a team. Wants them to have 10 years overall with 5-7 years with experience working with JavaScript, React and NodeJS. They will be converting current system in Django so experience with Django would be helpful.
Hands on Application Development with experience in delivering end-to-end applications on modern technologies. You will help build data driven web and mobile solutions that provides deep analytical insights, based on ML.

You will have responsibility for helping drive the application development plan, road map, and working with key stakeholders such as the product function.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Help lead development activities for bringing the data ecosystem to a modern, scalable, micro-service focused multi-cloud + hybrid architecture
- Own the entire application development process
- Provide guidance in core architectural decisions around application development and tooling decisions
- Identify risks both technical and functional as they pertain to the build-out of both the foundational ecosystem as well as the customer-facing features within
- Design, develop, enhance, and help maintain an end-to-end micro-services for every main category of an modern data platform and application environment
- Help determine release strategies, methodologies, timelines, and feature roadmaps
- Perform code reviews, ensure code security, and deliver both front and backend code
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years relevant work experience in building multiple users software solutions
- 2+ years as a senior application developer / software engineer
- 2+ years hands on experience building cloud based web and mobile applications
- JavaScript, React, NodeJS, structured and unstructured store
- Strong Full Stack experience
- Hands on experience building Restful APIs
- Hands on experience architecting and building out microservices based applications
- Understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps processes and related tools including, but not limited to, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), config management (Chef, Puppet), Git / Bitbucket, Jenkins, etc.
- Hands on experience with multiple frontend and backend technologies / frameworks / platforms supporting web and mobile applications – Such as: NodeJS, Python, Django, Flask, PHP, Laravel, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, Vue.js, ReactJS, Bootstrap, React-Native, Flutter, iOS SDK, or similar.
- Prior hands-on end to end experience and deep understanding of multiple application development frameworks, monitoring tools, and deployment methodologies
- Experience building and deploying with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and leveraging them throughout the CICD process
- Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
- Experience as a lead developer with diverse skillsets to include cloud, data, application, and cyber engineers
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 5+ years as a lead or senior application developer / software engineer
- 3+ years hands on experience building cloud based web and mobile applications
- Experience with Heroku
- Experience with TypeScript
- Frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, Express, HAPI, Restify,
- Python, Go Lang, Rust
- Experience with integrations with Salesforce, Zuora, SAP
- Strong SecOps process
- Experienced in managing 3rd Party offshore vendors
- Preferred 10+ years relevant work experience in technology, particularly cloud
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Experience in delivering on high quality UX, Cloud Native with Big Data program.
- Experience working in a start up atmosphere or similar deep hands on experience of total aspects of software development, performing all roles of the SDLC process
- Multiple certifications such as CISSP, AWS ( Architect, Developer, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer ), Azure ( Architect, Data Engineer, Developer, DevOps )
- Experience migrating from legacy (LAMP) stack to new (MACH) stack
- Past integrations with 3rd party CMS, ERP, and Accounting systems
- Experience building out and managing high traffic E-commerce solutions
- A combination of strategic understanding, both business and technology experience, exceptional relationship building skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- Global experience in working within a matrixed, multinational organization.
