QUALIFICATIONS
CTech is a defence and aerospace electronics company which is a subsidiary of Turkish Aerospace Industries.
- BSc or MSc degree in Electronics Engineering
- 3+ years experience in hardware design and development
- Extensive knowledge of electronics components
- Experience in safety critical avionics system development and standards such as DO-254
- Experience in High - Speed Circuit design
- Multilayer PCB ( Printed Circuit Board) schematic and layout design experience
- Experience in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer
- Experience in using hardware lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers
- Knowledge of military and space standards is a plus,
- EMC / EMI experience
- RF experience is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position requires extensive technical expertise and experience from the concepts to the design and implementation of embedded hardware systems and modules. Position requires candidate with a demonstrated track record of developing electronic hardware for DO-254 compliant safety critical avionics systems, technical solutions to complex hardware problems, which requires use of high level skills, discipline and innovation.
Basic responsibilities and duties of this position are:
- Design, develop, integrate and document hardware that meets the well established quality objectives, engineering processes, methodologies and guidelines set by CTech engineering and quality assurance staff
- Participate in requirements analysis phase of the project / product realization process to determine design feasibility within time and cost constraints
- Contribute to defining and designing system specifications, assessing architectural and hardware related limitations, input / output processes and working parameters for hardware / firmware / software compatibility
- Provide concept - to- production development, test and integration of cutting edge communication systems and modules
- Conduct hardware testing in a timely and cost - effective manner
- Troubleshoot or debug issues found in PCBs and deliver solutions
- Establish technical documentation by writing design and test documents as well as drafting initial versions of product manuel for the corresponding parts
- Recommend enhancements, improvements and innovations to the the existing technology and recommend the development of new solutions and technology prototypes
