We are looking for a SeniorHR Generalist to be assigned in our head office.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, Business Administration, and other related departments,
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Payroll, Personnel affairs,annual leave management HR/Employee Relations,
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills both in English and Turkish,
  • Ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate manner,
  • Excellent negotiation, planning and organization competencies,
  • Detail-oriented and analytical thinker,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • A good understanding of technology and technical skills,
  • Proven knowledge of Turkish Employment and Labor Law, (No.4857, Law No.5510, Law No.6331) SGK regulations,
  • Knowledge and experience in talent acquisition lifecycle, organizational planning, employee engagement, training and employee development,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment,
  • Being a professional team player, flexibility and adaptation capability,

Job Description

  • Ensure the compliance of HR activities with legal, tax and social security, relevant labor law and labor security issues for company,
  • Together with the HR Manager takes active part in delivering the Human Resources elements required of the business plan,
  • Supporting and managing recruitment process,
  • Manage documentation for current and new hires: contracts, legal documentation, personal information,
  • Make sure of the implementation of the determined rules, HR processes and all legal provisions,
  • Deliver a valued and trusted generalist HR function including recruitment, employee relations, talent and performance management, change management & culture, training and development, HR administration,
  • Supporting the Administrative Affairs processes within the Human Resources,
  • Taking part in occupational health and safety studies,
  • Supporting all other operational processes within the department,
  • Organizing all kinds of personnel social events,
  • Asist related training and development projects,
  • Assisting top management in planning, development, implementation and evaluation activities of Talent Assessment and Talent Development,
  • Ensures appropriate staffing, and required skills for the Field staff,
  • Manages Operational Effectiveness,
  • Provide support to all other HR related projects,
