QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a hugely exciting and challenging role working at one of the largest travel companies in Turkey expanding globally. This role works in the People Department and directly with the Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities include;


Recruitment:

  • Handle the complete life cycle of the recruitment process including preparing job posts, screening and contacting applicants, conducting interviews, providing a consultative approach to business units.
  • Coordinate with department leaders to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Create employee engagement plans, get necessary budget approval and initiate activities
  • Measure the happiness index of the employees in the digital environment, manage the feedback system.

Generalist HR:

  • Perform routine tasks required for compensation and benefits.
  • Perform all payroll/accrual transactions of employees, update the payroll program in accordance with the legislation and legal changes
  • Follow the organizational structure change and update the charts,
  • Determine new roles, responsibilities, and job descriptions in the company together with business units, to constantly update the existing ones.


Required Skills;


  • Bachelor’s degree in Industry Engineering, Management Engineering or Business Administration,
  • Current or previous experience at a technology company is highly preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience and a proven track record in HR processes.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly, behave professionally, and proactively take responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
