QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from related departments of universities,

At least 5 years of system and process management experience(recruitment, training, organizational development, performance management, talent management, etc.) in Human Resources departments,

Preferably had key user role on Human Resources projects,

Good level of English,

Have strong problem solving, analysis, planning, follow-up and organization skills,

Successful in human relations and open to communication,

Able to use G-Suite programs (espeially Sheets and Slides) effectively,

Interested in technology, open to learning,training and development,


JOB DESCRIPTION

End-to-end management of the recruitment process of the role under his/her responsibility ( mainly doing requirement determination, preparing job advertisements, candidate searching, role on pre-evaluation stages, organizing job interviews, having reference checks; control and reporting of the whole process)

Having studies on increasing employee loyalty, managing employee relations and communication,

Preparing the annual training plan in line with the training needs of the employees, organizing internal and external trainings,

Planning, monitoring and reporting of assessment center processes,

Creating job descriptions by making job analysis and following up to date,

Taking role in change and transformation projects related to Human Resources,

Creating the Policies, Regulations and Procedures of the Human Resources department and making revisions according to changing needs and conditions.
