QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Vivo Turkey is a smart phone manufacturer established in 2021 in Gebze Güzeller industrial zone.
Vivo, which is growing rapidly in the Turkish market; It aims to produce approximately 5 million pieces of device per year and to create more than 2000 new local jobs in the future.
We would like to invite new teammate as a “Senior Human Resources Business Partner”
Responsibilities:
- To manage and follow the recruitment process by evaluating the recruitment needs
- To meet with employees regularly to understand employee commitment and to identify development areas, to make reports,
- To support managers and employees in the execution of the performance processes of the functions they are responsible for.
- Making the necessary system records, updating and reporting of the people in the relevant business units in the performance system.
- Creating joint HR solutions with the Compensation and Benefits Department and the Training Unit.
- Advising department managers and employees on career management issues such as career development and job change/rotation
- Managing the Company Employer Brand Process
- Managing and following employee engagement processes.
- Playing an active role in new projects of Performance System, Recruitment System and HR.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of HR working experience.
- Bachelor or Master degree.
- Strong command of the English language and high interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations and performance management.
- Being self-motivated, diligent and responsive, responsible, accountable, resilient and adapt to changes quickly.
Factory Location: Kocaeli - Gebze
Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)
Working type: Onsite - In the factory
Shuttle route : Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova and Istanbul (Anatolian side) on the e-5 route
