Qualifications;
Responsibilites; |
- To identify and understand customer’s needs according to the technical specifications provided
- Preparation of design basis for HVAC & public health systems(plumbing) of Power Plants and industrial buildings
- To maintain technical interaction with all project team members and external consultants to deliver projects on time and to budget with quality output.
- Preparation of designs, drawings, calculations, and BoQ's,
- To lead HVAC draftsman for preparation of HVAC project drawings, to check and control project drawings
- Preparation of calculations and reports in concept, preliminary, and detail design stages
- Preparation of technical specifications and material requisitions of HVAC equipment packages within a multi-disciplinary approach.
- Preparation of equipment package documentation, information, communications, data sheets, engineering specifications, and ensuring conformance to all codes and company standards.
- Technical evaluation of vendor quotations including preparation of technical bid comparison tables and report.
- Participation and leading vendor kick-off meetings.
- Review and comment on vendor documentation, compilation of comments from other disciplines.
- Review and verification of related detail design engineering documents.
