Türk Telekom International is a leading telecommunication operator in the CEE region, Turkey, Caucasus, Middle-East and Asia. Türk Telekom International provides a full range of Internet/data services, infrastructure and wholesale voice services to incumbents, alternative carriers, mobile operators, cable TV companies, Internet service providers and corporate customers.

Main Purpose of Position:
DDOS solution planning, operation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities of Position:

• Planning of services DDOS
• Creation, modification and deletion of DDOS services
• Operation and maintenance of the DDOS solution
• Handling customer complaints and provide solution or escalete other teams, vendors
• Follow up and report customer cases and to take all measures in order to maintain service quality.

Required skills and competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experiences in IP network
• Strong communication skills
• Customer oriented attitude
• Fluent English (other language from CEE zone is plus) and having CCNA, CCNP, CEH, OSCP certificates are generally advantageous.
• Well-versed in Layer 4 and Layer 7 protocols and techniques, especially on HTTP, DNS, SSL/TLS.
• Having good knowledge of TCP Syn, TCP Ack, ICMP, http get/post, IP Fragmentation attack types, having analysis competence, able to write metrics for detection,
• Having network experience at ISP level, having knowledge of routing protocols, hands-on experience
• Well-versed in the anti-DDoS architecture, knowing the working principles, and mastering the host detection details for the detection of DDoS anomalies.
• Knowing packet-based, source-based, destination-based blocking techniques in the mitigation structure, and mastering countermeasure techniques
• Having worked and experienced with at least one of the global manufacturers such as A10, Arbor, Radware,
• Knowing the Cloud DDoS structures, having a good grasp of the details,
• Knowledge of scripting, traffic generator and scripting tools, capable of testing TCP flood, UDP Flood, DNS Amplification, Slowloris attack scenarios,
• Able to do detailed packet capture analysis and have knowledge of related techniques,
• Knowing NetFlow data details, able to configure on a router basis.
