QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
WORK DEFINITIONS:
- Giving legal opinions to related departments regarding Energy, Consumer, Competition and Personal Data Protection Law.
- Follow – up regulations and preparing brief notes
- Preparing opinions regarding draft regulations
- Controlling legal correspondent and giving legal opinions concerning consumer complaints
- Legal compliance activities
- Follow up administrative lawsuits
- Giving legal advice and preparing correspondent for internal and external audits.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- We are looking for a senior lawyer for our legal department in Ankara.
- Law degree from reputable universities. LLM degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English (IELTS or TOEFL Certificate.)
- At least 5 years’ experience in corporate firms
- Experience in Energy Law, Consumer Law, Competition Law and Personal Data Protection Law (CIPP – E is preferred.)
- Excellent planning, analytic, communication and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as to participate and contribute to team work.
