QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for new colleagues for our Sales & Marketing Team in our reputable Multinational Company acting in the field of Manufacturing Electrical Cables and equipments industry.

Job Description :

· Searching for local and global customers by advertising, sponsorship, barter opportunities in all regions,

· Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

· Ensuring that potential corporate customers are researched, contacted, sales presentations are prepared and agreements are made in order to expand the customer portfolio

· Ensuring the database of corporate customers is established and kept up to date

· Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client’s organization.

· Research and build relationships with new clients.

• Represent product lines of our principal company’s portfolio at customer visits, , trade-shows etc.
• Responsible from annual marketing and sales action plans, quarterly reports and to ensure their realization,
• Provide application support for the devices she/he trained and to follow up after sales customer satisfaction,

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, Preferably in Engineering or BA.

· Excellent Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must (Interviews will be held in English). Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

· Minimum experience of 3 years in Sales & Marketing and/or Business Development at Electrical/ Electronic Manufacturing and/or Energy Business (Transformers, Cables, Connectors etc.)

· Proven track record of customer project realization

· Ability to work in an international working environment, having an international sense of business.

· Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills, experience in a multinational environment would be an asset

· Hard-working, highly motivated and team player

· Well-developed written and oral presentation/communication skills

· Strong interpersonal influencing skills
