Qualifications
- Energy Manager Certificate (Preferred),
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering,
- At least 5 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance,
- Good communication skill in spoken and written English,
- Available to respond to calls on off-hours, nights, weekends, and holidays (infrequently, but as needed),
- Delegation, leadership, and influencing, time management under stress, analytical thinking skills are critical,
- Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Material, TPM, Press production technology, Technical drawing, P-FMEA, SAP_PM module, Problem Solving (PSP), ARIS_Process World knowledge
Job Description
- Responsible of continuous improvement activities for efficiency, cost reduction and energy saving projects.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of maintenance personnel.
- Organizing the necessary maintenance plan, human resources, and necessary spare parts to keep the lines, machines, and equipment in good/ready condition to run. Coordination of the team with the other departments
- To ensure the sustainability of TPM activities, realize periodical maintenance activities on time. Carrying out handover the maintenance activities and FMEA analysis for new machinery and equipment. Tracking and improving maintenance KPIs,
- Identify problems and quickly create solutions so production is not slowed or hampered. To follow up the realization of the job requests.
- Ensure output meets quality standards. Compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Legal Regulations. Supporting external audits for Maintenance process (ISO, TSE, LRQI, BSI, IMQ). Ensuring the compliance of maintenance processes with VG Standards .
