TAV Technologies is looking for a talented, motivated Senior Microsoft Systems Administrator. The ideal candidate is a master of their skill-set, but has the flexibility and openness to learn new things and adapt to changes.

Design, installation, administration, configuration, upgrade, migration and maintenance of Windows Servers and roles such as;

• Hyper-V Virtualization Platform, Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, GPO Etc.), Failover Cluster, Certification Authority, File Server, Print Server, Remote Desktop Services, Wsus, Volume Activation Services (KMS), Windows Deployment Services, Bitlocker,
• Knowledge and deep experience on Microsoft Exchange Server and O365/Hybrid environments,
• Knowledge and experience on SC Configuration Manager, SC Virtual Machine Manager, SC Orchestrator,
• Microsoft Windows Patch Management via WSUS / SCCM,
• Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices and create custom queries, reports via SCCM,
• Design and create Powershell scripts according to the needs of daily operation / routine jobs.
• Knowledge and experience of cloud computing in Azure platform or in any other similar platform,
• Troubleshooting of production issues, provide expedited resolution and 7x24 support for mission-critical systems,
• Performance monitoring and tuning,
• Perform long-term planning for software upgrades and prepare annual capacity plans,
• Establish and maintain policies and procedures,
• Keeping infrastructure documentation up to date, reviewing and revising if necessary,
• Preparing as well as enforcing information security management system documentation
• Preparing tender documentation such as solution descriptions, high or low-level designs, technical BoQs.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer sciences, electronics or related fields,
• Minimum 8 years of technical work experience,
• Fluency in English,
• Self-motivated, self-starter, team player, able to set priorities and manage to deadlines,
• Detail oriented, organized and possess self-management and prioritization skills to handle multiple task and projects,
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in administration and support of Hyper-V Failover Cluster, Active Directory Services, Exchange Server, Failover Cluster, System Center Suite, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and roles/services (KMS, DNS, AD, DHCP, WSUS, RDS, WDS, CA, Bitlocker, File Server, Print Server, SMTP Server etc.),
• Knowledge of administration and configuration of WSUS, and Internet Information Services and client management and support systems,
• Working experience in a large, enterprise environment with 150+ of servers,
• Technical certifications will be an advantage but not required.
• Basic Linux Administration skills will be an asset,
• Manage Engine Desktop Central, Manage Engine AD Manager, Manage Engine Patch Manager skilss will be an asset,
• Ability to adopt standards including system change management and project management practices,
• ITIL skill set requirements
