Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks.
Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security.
Monitoring network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
Analyze critical systems and make suggestions for improving the system.
Arranging scheduled upgrades.
Perform IP management and planning of Data Center and access services.
Create reports and documentation outlining findings and solutions.
ONF Based Network Installation and management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
At least 3 years experience.
Experience in management and configuration of Juniper, RAD, Redback devices.
Knowledge of Network Load Balancer technologies.
Preferably the CCNP certificate.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.
Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
Open to development and learning.
Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Network security experience.
LAN and WAN experience.
Good command of English both written and spoken.
Completed military service for male candidates.
