QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
NTT DATA Business Solutions is currently seeking ambitious and motivated Senior Process Analyst to join our fast growing and exciting Consulting team in Turkey.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, CTIS or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis (finance sector is plus)
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills.
Knowledgeable about Agile Methodology
Experience on Jira and Confluence is a plus
Strong team player and team leadership skills

Role Definition:
Meet with clients to determine business and functional and technical requirements.
Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
Help to identify, communicate and resolve issues with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Have the opportunity to work in the top tier banking projects
You will be expected to complete your assignments within the agreed deadlines and pro-actively monitor the progress of your assigned tasks.
