We are looking for a "Senior Process Engineer" for our multinational client in Çerkezköy.
QUALIFICATONS
- Bachelor's Degree in related departments (preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering),
- Min. 3 years of experience in Production/ Process Engineering and in a similar industrial environment,
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) within global organization,
- Strong presentation skills with strong analytical and technical problem solving ability,
- Having knowledge about PFMEA, Kaizen, 6 sigma and other statistical tools,
- Good oral and written communication skills in English,
- Having process tracking and monitoring knowledge and ability to implement this knowledge to related systems and continuous verification methodologies.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To improve productivity of plant by developing the equipment or creating new standardize manufacturing method,
- To investigate and analyze production methods, processes, operations and propose possible modifications for continuous improvement,
- To do budget investigation, project proceed control and new line implementation for new projects and processes,
- To prepare and maintain all production documentation,
- Updating process documentation and aligned with Quality system,
- Building close relationship with other manufacturing operations and units,
- To support the implementation of quality control procedures to the shop floor,
- Ensuring the accuracy of BOM and Routings within ERP system,
- To implement EHS and local regulatory requirements aligned with local MESH plan of plant.
