Senior Product Manager (International)

• Ability to fill in the gap between the sales team and IT by providing the necessary development requirements.
• Define product vision & roadmap based on OKRs and drive the delivery of this roadmap together with tech and design teams.
• Own features and experiments end-to-end; drive cross-functional execution, and work with Data and Engineering teams to assess tradeoffs and feasibility.
• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage conflicting requests and ensure continuous alignment on priorities
• Evaluate the available data for product performance monitoring and requests new data or create new sources of channels to acquire data when there is no data available.
• Responsible for product performance monitoring and assigning metrics (Embodies expected benefit of each product backlog items with metrics).
• Monitor and periodically report application's pain points and make suggestions about points of improvement.
• Run qualitative or quantitative research and analyze relevant data to define a problem when the problem is not clear.
• Create mock-ups, communicate user journeys and give strategic briefs to UI / UX upon the pain points or expected benefit we are seeking before the design process starts.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is a must (Advanced English or Bilingual)
• A university degree in computer science or engineering (Computer, Electric, and Electronic or Industrial Engineer)
• Position is based in Istanbul however position is responsible for international partnerships (Ability to travel 2-3 internationally biweekly)
• Previous working experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record is a must (On payment products such as prepaid, debit card, POS, ATM, or Public Transportation)
• You know the ins and outs of development, design, agile framework, software development, and scrum approach (Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Projects tool usage)
• Experience in creating use case diagrams, use case documents, workflows, meeting minutes, storyboards, and wireframes
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Ability to communicate efficiently both strategic vision and specific details to various stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual project members
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Creative problem-solving skills with a deep curiosity about the business and product
• Excellent at cross-team coordination, task prioritization, multitask management, and coordination
• Love to work in detail and reflect these details in the documents
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
