· University Degree in Engineering, MBA or master’s degree is a plus,

· Min 5+ years working experience within IT and Agile Project Management area, preferably in e-commerce
· Experience or being familiar with system integrations especially marketplace is a plus,

Reporting directly to the E – Commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
· Empowering the Product Management and Engineering Teams,
· Working with Scrum Teams and managing Agile Activities (Daily’s, Planning, Grooming, Review and Retrospective sessions),
· Responsible for the overall coordination, communication, implementation, execution, control and completion of IT projects. Owning the projects/tasks from idea to production, and performing the stakeholder/vendor/team management in a very efficient way powered by this dominant owning responsibility,
· Acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, interacting with end users and has a full understanding of their needs by retrieving feedback,
· Work with all stakeholders to understand, shape and refine the business requirements and pain points and translate them into tasks for the development team
· Create, own and manage product backlog items,
· Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, including dependencies and priorities based on the overall strategy,
· Has a deep analysis and discernment skill to combine the dots regarding the business processes or integrations,
· Determine and drive the MVP (minimal viable product) for each sprint,
· Produce documentation including project scopes, business flow diagrams, business process definitions, UAT documentation, meeting notes, release notes (at the end of each sprint) as an ongoing activity,
· To guide and lead business teams regarding the business processes operated in software systems in use,
· Identify and raise risks and conduct the most appropriate decision as a result of high-level discussions.
