We are looking for an ambitious, goal-focused and self-disciplined Senior Production Engineer who is driven by a strong personal desire to accomplish meaningful and important goals
What are my responsibilities ?
· Direct and coordinate production activities and make sure production proceeds smoothly and stays within budget.
· Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met or exceeded.
· Ensure that the production is cost effective
· Find ways to make the production process more efficient ,implement and drive continuous improvement activities
· Lead lean lay out improvements, process value maps analysis, process simplification and kaizen P/Js
· Establish system and structure for daily KPI, HSE, 5S and built-in quality management and improvements
· Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed, make risk assessments and manage rank down activities
· Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
· Supervise and inspire the team of workers and review the work performance of subordinates.
· Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization
· Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives.

What do I need to qualify for this job ?
· Minimum bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering.
· 8+ years of work experience. especially in automotive industry.
· Lean manufacturing experience
· Sheet metal production technology and process knowledge (punch, laser, bending, welding, etc.),
· Electrostatic powder coating process knowledge is a plus
· Fluency in English both writing and speaking
· MES implementation experience
· Knowledge of ERP Sytem and structure
