QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents.
We are looking for a " Senior Research Executive " for our client in the market research industry.
Main Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and flawlessly executing 5-10 quantitative projects at various stages for a variety of clients from different industries with minimal supervision,
- Supervision of data analysts on projects,
- Ability to maintain good time management while prioritizing and delivering against multiple deadlines,
- Supporting Research Director in managing key accounts and project managing all aspects of the delivery of quantitative services to clients, both domestic and international levels.
Experience & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree,
- Minimum of 5 years market research project management experience especially with a good command of FMCG market research projects,
- Familiar with the terminology patterns that FMCG market research needs,
- Fluent in English, (Any additional language will be a plus)
- Expert at multiple, complex projects, ideally with high levels of data,
- Analytic insight & logic / reasoning skills – ability to form conclusions from raw data,
- Project management & facilitation skills – directs the detailed work of others on project,
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal, ability to formulate presentations & deliver as needed,
- Strong numeric & problem solving orientation,
- Intermediate understanding of questionnaire design technologies,
- Having management, consistent client service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
