Functions & Responsibilities
· Research and Penetrate markets both domestic and export proactively to generate new business opportunities.
· Coordinate with the management team to enhance sales presentation and web-based visual marketing media and run them due to the marketing plans.
· Introduce company solutions to qualified clients through various tools such as close or virtual demos.
· Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.
· Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making.
· Handle sales process from preparing price proposals to implementation of the solutions in accordance with the certain operational agreements and training programs in the customer premises.
· Negotiate the secrecy and business service agreements, terms of payment and conditions of sale
· Meet the customer orders, record them in ERP and trace the fulfillment
· Thoroughly communicate pre-sales and after-sales customer requirements within the company.
· Report and present all activities due to the ISO9001 and company management directives.
· The ideal candidate will be reporting to the General Manager
Required Specifications
· Graduation from universities related to these listed functions.
· Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in marketing, sales and business development activities preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector
· Demonstrated ability to understand and effectively communicate technical data and engineering systems related to the company business field.
· Reporting and presentation skills
· Business-oriented in order to deliver and increase results with customers
· Ability to influence and negotiate.
· Fluent English in both writing and speaking
· Driving license B & experience
· Completed Military Obligations For Males
Location : Head office in Ataşehir - İstanbul
Working Days : 5 days (Monday-Friday)
