We are looking for an energetic team member who will work as full-time Senior Software Test Engineer
The candidate should have the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering
- Strong SQA / testing and test automation experience,
- Proven 5+ years of testing web based application
Preferred Features
- Experience in defense sector
- Knowledge of SOAP or REST API Services
- Experience in developing test automaton in Selenium or other test automation tools
- Experience in automated functional web service testing
- Experience in automated load and performance testing
- Experience in automated functional UI testing
- Experience in regression test, integration test, user acceptance test
- Experience in Postman, SoapUI or other similar test harnesses for web service testing
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Familiarity requirement management tools like Doors is a plus
- Familiarity with Atlassian Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Job Description
- Reviews requirement specifications, designs and develops test plans based upon functional and design specifications
- Ensure test cases are complete and are traceable to requirements and design
- Conducts regression testing, analysis of failures
- Create automated tests
- Perform automated and manual testing
- Perform root cause analysis on issues
