How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a pasisonate Senior Specialist – Accounting System Development who will work for our Finance and Accounting Directorate.
- Designing the processes in Finance & Accounting / Accounting System in line with targets and strategies of the company with a global point of view,
- Providing the requests with holistic assessment and generalizing with regard to all locations and all related businesses,
- Detecting basic problems in Finance & Accounting / Accounting System processes, taking action for the solution, functioning as a bridge between the business and IT for correct identification by prioritizing the needs in their own area, and develops cooperation,
- Carrying out activities for process design, improvement and monitoring,
- Organizing required training and development activities for the process to be conducted wholesome and ensuring that the business actively participates,
- Sharing the forthcoming needs of the business with IT on the purpose of input to budget works,
- Cooperating with the key users in locations on effective usage and globalization of determined processes,
- Determining the team members in the business in the works conducted with IT, running the change management within the Finance & Accounting process,
- Carrying out the required time, location and source organization on behalf of the business, conducting test studies, approving the functional design prepared by IT and on behalf of the business for live usage after the tests and makes suggestions to extend the solutions.
