- Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS and Business Engineering,
- Minimum 5years of related work experience,
- Experience in data governance, data quality management, metadata management, master data management, data architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence tools,
- Knowledge and experience in manufacturing & retail processes is a plus.
- Acquire the role of a trusted advisor inside the organization,
- Very good written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness,
- Proven ability to work with project and senior management level, ability to communicate to C-Level,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist – Data Partner who will join our team at Information Technologies Directorate.
- Working with data owners to ensure the data policy compliance,
- Execution of data governance processes in data domains,
- Acting as a facilitator across the enterprise for achieving mind shift on data culture,
- Working with business units and data scientists to ideate analytics projects,
- Coordinating analytical model demand management and prioritization processes,
- Monitoring and supporting compliance of analytical model lifecycle activities to the analytics governance standards,
- Assuring Data-Process alignment within data domains,
- Establishment, follow-up and quality assurance activities of policies, standards and metrics related to data quality,
- Monitoring and coordinating the projects related to data quality,
- Identification of data quality problems, suggestions for improvement and follow-up of the improvement process,
- Coordination of stakeholders of data domains and resolution of data issues, escalation where necessary,
- Analyzing, designing and maintaining software solutions to meet data and analytics governance needs such as metadata management, data quality management, data life cycle management etc.
- Project management, value based analytical skills are necessary,
- Close collaboration with the data owners.
