QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering (Master's Degree is a plus),
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Product Development for End Customers,Research & Development & Production areas,
- Worked before as Technical Product Leader/Specialist or Technical Project Leader/Specialist,
- Experience in one of the Software development domains (Embedded Software, Mobile Apps, Cloud services (preferably AWS or Azure),
- General knowledge of SDLC Processes (Software Development Life Cycle),
- Familiarity in "AGILE" working environment and familiar with the agile framework (Scrum/Kanban),
- Familiarity with Collaboration and Project Mgmt Tools, (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Mural)
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communication is always our priority.
The position is located in Çayırova.
