QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor and Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, (Ph.D. is a plus)
- Having strong knowledge of Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, Fluid Dynamics.
- Having experience of Thermal System background such as Thermodynamics and/or Fluid Dynamics
- Having experience on Heat & Mass transfer and System & Component Design & Optimization,
- Strong knowledge of vapor compression cooling cycle and refrigeration systems
- Minimum 7 years of experience in household refrigeration systems
- Having experience in standard and non-standard refrigerator/freezer performance tests,
- Having interest in modeling and simulation of cooling systems,
- Knowledge of Computational Fluid Dynamics is a plus
- Knowledge of performance and safety regulations
- Knowledge of refrigeration components and manufacturing processes,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

How will you foster the challenge?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - R&D (System Design) who will join our team at Refrigerator Product Team.
- Analyzing refrigerator thermal design, both system-wise and component-wise
- Developing test setups and obtain test data for model validation when necessary.
- Improving the energy efficiency and sound power level by designing and optimizing the components and the whole system
- Evaluating design alternatives based on cost quality and production feasibility
- Implementing product prototypes, required performance tests and develop the design,
- Working with functional teams and suppliers to keep tasks on schedule and meet the design intent specifications.
- Monitoring and evaluating the state of the art cooling systems
- Performing literature survey and patent researches,
- Developing new cooperations to contribute University- Industry Collaboration
