How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist-SDA Sourcing-TR & Near East Asia who will join our team at Product Sourcing Directorate.
- Managing suppliers and sourcing strategies,
- Preparing RFQs, collecting offers, doing comparison analyses, investment studies, and evaluation and supplier nominations with total cost of ownership approach, using related purchasing tools (Kraljicpositioning, spend analysis, cost management, BOM analysis, activity-based costing etc.),
- Ensuring progress of category management, supplier development, quality management,
- Following up market trends, technologies, supplier road maps, changing policies and legislation,
- Preparing regular purchasing, supplier, market and industry trends reports,
- Realizing price reduction methods and regular negotiations enforcing the best purchase conditions,
- Communicating cross functionally with global internal departments (i.e. Category Management, R&D, Quality, Planning, Sales and Marketing),
- Using necessary methods and measures to achieve the department targets (cost, profit, payment term, market share, on-time delivery, quality etc.),
- Doing continuous research for new alternative suppliers to improve global supplier portfolio for Arcelik’s OEM/ODM needs.
