QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for “Senior System Administrator” who will be a member of our ALJ Finans team.
Main Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technologies or other related fields
· Min 8-10 years’ experience in ITInfrastructure and Network Management
· Strong management experience inWindows Operating Systems
· Knowledge and understanding in Information and Cyber Security, Enterprise Applications, Project and Budget Management, Vendor Management.
· Experienced in IIS server management and web applications for problem analyzing issues
· Experienced in the installation and management of virtualization platforms and virtual systems
· Solid experience in Active Directory, Exchange, Firewall, Storage, backup technologies and DNS services, including network management
· Proficiency with MS Office programs
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Related qualification is a plus
· Able to work in teams
· No military obligation for male candidates
What will you be doing?
· Structuring of architectural system designs and hardware requirements of new projects, including security-performance checks
· Management of entire Windows systems
· Management and security of network components and connections
· Establishing, adjusting, maintaining and developing the required servers, networks and systems
· Preparing/improving the existing infrastructure through monitoring servers
· Monitoring systems continuously and intervening in case of malfunctions
· Solving the problems by troubleshooting and maintaining periodic maintenances
· Providing reworking by taking backups the systems in case of needs
· Integration of available systems by establishing the network (new server, storage, network device)
· Researching of the new technologies
· Controlling the database systems (MSSQL) and IIS application and intervening in the moment of a problem, monitoring the metrics necessary for its performance and taking actions.
