QUALIFICATIONS
Has a graduate or undergraduate degree from related departments of universities (Computer Programming, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering,.. etc)
Fluent in English,
Has at least 5 year experince,
Has knowledge on Windows Servers, Active Directory and Virtualization,
Has knowledge on TCP/IP networking and database,
Customer oriented,
Has previous experience in one of call center infrastructure technologies, (ININ CIC, Genesys, AVAYA, CISCO)
Has general scripting and programming mindset,
Team player,
Willing to work in overseas projects and not having travel restrictions.
