We're looking for a talented, passionate and dedicated team member to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.


YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 4 years recruitment experience especially for HQ departments
  • Take ownership and drive of recruitment process with high level of attention
  • Must have excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications, especially on MS Excel
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Analytical thinker, result oriented, high achiever, good team player
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent at building relationships - both internally and externally


YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Responsible from end-to-end talent acquisition processes within a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Execute proactive pool searches; create and manage recruitment sources to provide appropriate talent to the company
  • Screen & select candidates and conduct competency based interviews
  • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of sources, such as job postings and different related platforms (kariyer.net, linkedin etc.) while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job
  • Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps such as case study, reference checks etc.
  • Following the trends and insights to implement a comprehensive talent mapping strategy
  • Taking part in employer branding activities, company events and performance management strategies
  • Help with onboarding new team members
